Key responsibilities of the selected candidate will be to review scope of work, develop suitable pricing structure, prepare tender documents with suitable conditions & ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. He will also be required to formulate suitable tendering strategy depending upon the scope, value, type and time schedule, select the most appropriate bidders list and obtain STC/LTC approval for the strategy. In addition, he will play a lead role in conducting site visits, pre-tender meetings, co-ordinate technical evaluation, conduct commercial evaluation, prepare legally binding letters of Indent, contracts and change orders. Ideal candidate for this position will be an Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in preparation of tenders, contracts and contract administration, particularly in relation to services within the oil and gas industry. Good technical knowledge in reviewing & finalizing various technical contracts and knowledge of legal practices, contract laws & industry practices along with computer literacy in MS Office and SAP ESM modules is a must.
